Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate is the nodal department for issuing of Legal Heir Certificate.

What to know?

Application should be submitted in plain paper addressing –

Senior Civil Judge,
Aizawl Judicial District,
Lawngtlai, Mizoram.

Required Documents

1. Death Certificate of the account holder
2. Xerox copy of updated passbook (First Page)
3. Voter ID of the Applicant
4. Endorsement letter from YMA
5. Endorsement letter from VC
6. No Objection Certificate from siblings/parents/relatives with whom the applicant lives with.
