Residence Certificate

Residential Certificate form can be obtained from Lawngtlai DC Office, Facilitation Centre.

Documents are to be attached along with the form:

• Original Voter ID (for verification purpose), a Xerox copy , self attested is required. Or a Xerox copy of the voter ID attested by A gazetted officer .
• Children below 18 can bring their fathers Voter ID.
• Incase of death of father , divorce then, you may use your mother’s Voter ID,and Birth Certificate is required.
• A consent letter from Local Council/Village Council.
• Two(2) Passport photos.
